Q: Do we need to make a reservation?
A: We highly suggest making reservations to ensure the river is floatable and we have available equipment.
Q: How long is the tubing float?
A: Roughly 3 miles which takes around 2.5-3 Hours plus any time spent on our beach.
Q: Do we have to email or print the waiver?
A: NO. We have plenty of them available where you check-in and pay.
Q: Do we require and provide lifejackets?
A: We do provide the generic orange lifejackets for Canoes, kayaks, and any tubers that request. We highly suggest bringing the proper fitting lifejackets for children as we can't guarantee having the correct size. We don't require adults to wear when tubing.
Q: How does the shuttle work for tubing?
A: You come to the start(9000 Camel Ridge Rd) to unload, pay, and sign. Then the drivers follow us to the end (5961 Chaffie Hollow Rd) to park. We then give the drivers a ride back to the start. That way you float to your vehicle. Cost is 10.00 per group(up to 6 vehicles)
Q: Do we need to bring our own cooler?
A: Yes! If you plan on bringing beverages and food, you'll have to bring your own cooler and ice. You can rent a cooler tube for your cooler to float along with you . Cooler tubes fit up to 50 Qt and has an interior dimension of 28"x18"x9"
Q: What time do we need to start or be done?
A: The hours listed are the START times for floating. You can choose to start anytime within our open hours. We just ask that everyone is off by dark.
Q: Can we bring our own tube, kayak, or canoe?
A: Yes, however we have a $10 minimum per person.
Q: Are we allowed to tie our tubes together?
A: Yes, we will provide you with twine to tie the tubes together. We do ask for river navigation purposes, no more than 10 tubes tied together at a time.
Q: What if we need to cancel?
A: Please contact us if you choose to cancel. We may need to close due to weather related conflicts including storms, high water levels, and fast moving water. We will announce our closing days on our Facebook page.
Q: What do the dog tubes look like?
They are the canvas covered tubes used for pulling behind boats.
Q: What if we need to change the number of tubes we reserved?
A: There is no need to notify us unless the different is no more than 10 people.
