Please use these directions to find us on the day of your tubing trip. We recommend that you print these out prior to coming. Since Grant River's landings are in the country, cell phone service is limited. We want to make sure you are able to find us smoothly, so you can begin your journey. The following are directions to the starting point of Camel Ridge Road. We can use other landings as your starting points also upon request.

 

From Lancaster, WI

Start on Hwy. 81 (Beetown Rd,) going west out of town and turn left onto County N. Follow County N all the way to County U and turn right. Follow County U a couple of miles to Camel Ridge Road. Turn left onto Camel Ridge Road and travel 1-2 miles until you cross a bridge overlooking the Grant River. Turn left immediately after crossing the bridge. Look for the Y'ALLBEE TUBIN sign. From Cassville, WI

Start on Hwy. 81 to Beetown, WI. In Beetown, turn right onto County U. Follow County U approximately 4 miles to Camel Ridge Road. Take a right onto Camel Ridge Road and travel 1-2 miles until you cross a bridge overlooking the Grant River. Turn left immediately after crossing the bridge. Look for the Y'ALLBEE TUBIN sign. From Platteville/Madison, WI (HWY 151 South)

Start on Hwy. 151 south and take the Dickeyville/Lancaster Exit #8; turn right when you reach the stop sign. Follow Hwy. 61N through Dickeyville and continue approximately 7 miles to Potosi. Continue through Potosi until you pass the Potosi Schools on your left and prepare to turn left onto County U. After turning left onto County U, you will see the water tower and the Fire & Rescue building off to your right side. Continue along County U for a few blocks where it will take you on a right hand turn going north out of town (there is a funeral home on the corner where you should turn right). Continue along County U for approximately 10 miles and turn left onto Camel Ridge Road. Continue 1-2 miles until you cross a bridge which overlooks the Grant River. Take a left immediately after crossing the bridge. Look for the Y'ALLBEE TUBIN sign. Looking forward to seeing you!

 

From County O coming from Platteville, WI

Take Hwy. 151 south and turn right onto County O. Continue approximately 10 miles to Potosi (County O becomes Tennyson St.) Continue to the stop sign and turn right onto Hwy. 61N. Follow Hwy. 61N until you pass the Potosi Schools on your left and turn left onto County U. After turning left onto County U, you will see the water tower and the Fire & Rescue building off to your right side. Continue along County U down the hill where you will see County U turn north out of town (there is a funeral home on the corner where you should turn right). Continue along County U for approximately 10 miles and turn left onto Camel Ridge Road. Continue a couple miles until you cross a bridge which overlooks the Grant River. Take a left immediately after crossing the bridge. Look for Y'ALLBEE TUBIN sign. Looking forward to seeing you!

 

From County B

Take County B out of Platteville approximately 10 miles. Turn left onto Hwy. 61 and travel approximately 2-3 miles and turn right onto County U, just as you are coming into town (if you pass the Potosi Schools you’ve gone too far). After turning right onto County U, you will see the water tower and the Fire & Rescue building off to your right side.  Continue along County U down the hill where you will see County U turn north out of town (there is a funeral home on the corner where you should turn right).Continue along County U for approximately 10 miles and turn left onto Camel Ridge Road. Continue a couple miles until you cross a bridge which overlooks the Grant River. Take a left immediately after crossing the bridge. Look for Y'ALLBEE TUBIN sign. Looking forward to seeing you!

 

From Prairie du Chien, WI

Take Hwy. 35 south out of Prairie Du Chien. Continue approximately 12 miles and turn right onto Hwy. 133/35. You will travel approximately 13 miles (after going through Patch Grove and then Bloomington) and turn right onto Hwy. 81. Travel approximately 3 miles to Beetown and turn left onto County U. Follow County U approximately 4 miles to Camel Ridge Road. Take a right onto Camel Ridge Road and travel 1-2 miles until you cross a bridge overlooking the Grant River. Turn left immediately after crossing the bridge. Look for Y'ALLBEE TUBIN sign. Looking forward to seeing you!

 

From Dubuque, IA

Follow Hwy. 61N / 151N across the Wisconsin bridge into Wisconsin. Continue on Hwy. 61N / 151 N & take the Dickeyville/Lancaster Exit #8; turn left when you reach the stop sign. Follow Hwy. 61N through Dickeyville and continue approximately 7 miles to Potosi. Continue through Potosi until you pass the Potosi Schools on your left and prepare to turn left onto County U. From Galena, IL

Take Hwy. 20 to East Dubuque, IL (approx. 10 miles). Turn right onto IL Hwy. 35 (this becomes WI Hwy. 35) and travel a couple of miles and turn left onto WI Hwy. 35N. Merge right onto Hwy. 61N / 151 N and travel approximately 7 miles and take the Dickeyville/Lancaster Exit #8; turn left when you reach the stop sign. Follow Hwy. 61N through Dickeyville and continue approximately 7 miles to Tennyson & then Potosi. Continue through Potosi until you pass the Potosi Schools on your left and prepare to turn left onto County U. After turning left onto County U, you will see the water tower and the Fire & Rescue building off to your right side. Continue along County U down the hill where you will see County U turn north out of town (there is a funeral home on the corner where you should turn right).
